Source selection by parent folders or ID

Any set of documents can be selected for listing using the &parents parameter to specify the ID of the document(s) they are children of. In the example below, the sample contained in Document 455 is the parent.

• If no source is specified, the current document will be the parent folder.
• &documents selects specific documents to display. It takes a comma-separated list of IDs. Any setting for &parents is ignored when &documents is set.
• Multiple parent folders can be specified with a comma-separated list of IDs (e.g. &parents=`6,10,12`)
• &parents supersedes &startID, which can only specify a single parent.
• &start=`n` (integer) instructs Ditto to skip the first n documents of the result
• &depth sets the level of sub-folders of the specified parents to be included (default: `1`). A setting of zero selects all subfolders. (See also &hideFolders.)
